BULO recently realised the renovation of the SVK building at St.Niklaas.
As a producer of building materials, the company SVK from St. Niklaas (B) has been a "house of trust" in the Belgian construction market since 1905. The offices, which date from the 1930s, ooze class and authenticity, but no longer meet the modern requirements of office lay-outs and functionality. Therefore the company has opted for a complete renovation, with due regard for the building and its authentic character. The staff and visitors are entitled to a pleasant atmosphere and working environment, which gives a spacious impression, but is also homely at the same time.
This is reflected in the chosen range of colours, the furniture collection and the accessories.
